Shipping policy
Shipping
We are currently shipping all orders from the USA. All orders using our FREE standard tracked service are mailed via United States Postal Service.
We process orders as quickly as possible, usually shipping within 1-3 business days. Your jewellery will be mailed using a STANDARD MAILING SERVICE.
Once your item has been shipped, you will a receive a shipping fulfilment email.
For local USA orders - expect 3-10 days for orders to be delivered.
International
We are currently shipping internationally from USA for a flat rate of $15 per order via UPS, USPS or DHL.
For international - expect 15 - 30 business days for orders to be delivered.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through your own country's customs. Found At Sea Collective is not responsible for items stuck in customs/transit.
Please note that individual countries have different custom laws. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE CUSTOMS LAWS OF YOUR OWN COUNTRY, as we have no control over customs regulations.
Returns
Found At Sea Collective has the right to cancel & refund an order if the shipping price for us to a destination country is unaffordable.
If your order had an 'attempted delivery' and it was not collected, after multiple failed delivery attempts to your shipping address, we will only issue a refund once we have successfully received the returned order.
Found At Sea Collective will only issue refunds for packages that have not arrived at the destination once the package has been returned to our original address. AGAIN - Found At Sea Collective is not responsible for items stuck in customs/transit.
Please be aware that during the holiday season, there is a chance of increase in delivery delays that are completely out of our control, which may impact the delivery time frame of the standard shipping service.
*Business day refers to Monday-Friday not including public holidays. If your order was made after 18:00, the first business day starts from the next day.
