Return Policy

All product information is listed in the item description, so please choose your jewels carefully as we don't refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please note - the natural colour of opals will vary depending on the light. We try to take very accurate pictures, but please keep in mind that colors will vary from monitor to monitor as well as in different environments.

We gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Gold Plating can fade over time. Found At Sea Collective is not responsible for the fading of the gold plating. The customer must ensure proper care of the jewellery.

If you feel as though the product you received is defective, please send us a clear photo and brief explanation of the defect to so we can look into it right away and discuss returns / refund.

Found At Sea Collective will only issue refunds once the item has been safely returned to our address.
